Description
"Muse: Spring" is the second in the series of muses, each with an emphasis on a particular season. In Spring the woman in the green dress returns as a companion piece to Autumn. Spring is framed by the moon and the border is alive with green stems and budding flowers. A garden of red-orange and yellow tulips burst forth in front of her.

Thank you for your kind words! I usually start with an idea or theme for a single painting. If the painting is successful then it tends to grow into a series which I will continue until I tire or it or until a new idea pulls me into a new direction. I am currently working on the third piece in the "We Came Along This Road", "She Was..." series.
